I am so glad I found this product! I get so many compliments. The tips of my hair are bleached, but I’m a natural blonde so I get a nice ombré effect. I typically use it every other wash. I haven’t needed to go to the salon in months because I’m so in love with the copper look. I also use the light pink one, which on further thought I’m going to switch to hot pink just to add vibrancy. Definitely love the copper look though!
I'm allergic to hair dye. Everything I've tried – box dye, professional color, henna, Overtone – EVERYTHING has given me an allergic reaction. Except Keracolor! I am so thankful to have found a color that works for me with no allergic side effects whatsoever. If you're someone who has scalp sensitivities and/or a hair dye allergy, you may have luck with Keracolor just like I did. Reminder to always test a small amount on your neck no matter what! Allergies are different for everyone, but I'm so happy that mine aren't bothered by this one.

I have highlighted mousy brown hair. The highlights were kind of chunky and several shades too light to begin with, and the grow out (unsuprisingly) wasn't doing them any favors. I finally bought Keracolor in Mocha and it works WONDERS. I comb it through dry hair and leave it in for 10 minutes once or twice a week. It matches my roots and significantly tones down my highlights, making them look way subtler and significantly improving the grow out! If I use it more than 1-2x a week, I can even get my hair to be a shade or two darker than its natural brunette. I was super worried that depositing brown pigment over blonde-ish highlights would give them a green tinge, but am happy to report that no weird colors have been noticed yet.
My hair is still mostly my natural color which is a medium chestnut. But, i do have a lot ig gray. By using this product, I create an interesting effect. The gray areas quickly absorb the color while thenon gray areas basically remain untouched.
I have used two of the Pastel Clenditioners over the past 6 months or so. I love the product and have a few tips and tricks that might help. But first... some background on my hair and what I put it through.
For about a year (from October 2020 to December 2021), I bleached my hair several times to achieve fun, bold, and vibrant looks. I figured, if I was working from home - why not have some fun with color. Unfortunately, during my second to last hair salon visit, my scalp took some serious damage from the bleach. I allowed my roots to grow out, but couldn't help but go back to the salon one more time. We did a brunette (my natural color) to a rose gold.
I first came across the KeraColor Clenditioner while Ulta was holding a sale. I was curious if it would help maintain my rose gold color. If I could span out my salon visits, it would be better for my wallet and I had nothing to lose. While using it as directed, it did help but as soon as the permanent dye began to fade, the clenditioner was struggling. So, I switched up the method after reading some other reviews online.
I recommend using the product as a mask over dry hair three time over the span of six to eight days. Put it up in a shower cap and forget about it. I left if on for 90+ minutes while having a relaxing bath once. Then reduce to once a week or so (depending on how deep you want the color). I would also suggest switching to a non-foaming or sulfate free shampoo.
I have recently switched from the rose gold to silver. I have just finished the third round and I love the color. I am happy with the product and will contine to expirement with their colors. I am thinking emerald next...
As I mentioned, there is just something so pleasant about the scent. Even my husband compliments the smell after every use.

So easy to use. Lovely color. I have a lot of grey, but if you leave it on a longer time, it helps. The hairspray is the best I’ve ever used! Really gives you lift and very soft. Will definitely buy both again. Don’t hesitate to buy!
I came across this product in ULTA. I’ve noticed it before but today I decided to purchase it. Each time that I’ve picked the product up I would think - no way is this gonna work on my hair. I’m a older black woman with a very short haircut and a small amount of gray interspersed in my hair. When I got to the cashier, I asked her “do you think this will cover my gray?’ She said, “I’ve never used it nor do I know anything about it.” Since I had a coupon, I decided to try it. But honestly I said to myself “here’s to another $22 thrown down the drain.” So, when I got home I decided that I wanted to give this product a try. I’ve just washed out the color potion and when I looked in the mirror - the only thing I could say is WOW! This stuff works and it worked very well on my hair. I do see a few grays still lurking around but for the most part - my hair is a vibrant onyx! I also loved the fact that it stained my scalp a little so in the areas of my head where I have sparse hairs - it makes my hair look fuller! I am thoroughly amazed! I am going to recommend this product to all of my friends! I am so excited and amazed! This is a wonderful product!
I tried the recommended amount of pumps (3 silver, 1 purple, 1 reg) and my hair turned a sort of gray color. Honestly, it makes sense because unless your hair is white when you start you'll probably get many different results depending on your hair type, coarseness, color, etc. I had died mine pastel purple and it washed out and I had used overtone(unsuccessfully), so it already had a bit of color when I started. I still highly recommend Keracolor though, with the colors that I bought with Iced Lavender I was able to experiment with different pump amounts each wash to get my hair to the color I wanted! After the first wash turned my hair gray I started just using the purple and reg mixed together to get my hair a darker purple and then I started adding silver a little bit at a time to lighten it to the color I wanted! Supposedly Pastel Purple or Lavender is a very hard shade to maintain so I'm really pleased.
Before this I tried Overtone conditioner in Pastel Purple (did not work at all) and a few other things and this has worked the best.
I have short, straight, blonde hair that was bleached and died pastel purple, then I used overtone for a month, then I used Keracolor. So everyone's experience will likely be different depending on their hair jouney! <3
